Another Character that keeps an initial design is Link. Prior to BoTW, Link wore a green tunic and green cap in every game. In fact the change of design in BoTW was so jarring that at first PEOPLR WERE QUESTIONING IF IT WAS LINK AT ALL. This shows how important iconicism can be!

i hate the anatomy on this but a botw Metz to be an expy of how i play botw, LMAO. he climbs anything and everything he can find and only uses the camera REALLY to find the next thing to skitter to the top of. he's hylian but basically raised by gorons

This is what the final line up looks like for my redesign project.
Ideally it would be open world like BotW, but split into several large islands and small fishing villages. The style ended up being a mix of TP and WW as that is apparently very close to my own!

So I decided to check out that "Nintendo Switch Year in Review" website, and... yeah, these stats seem about right.

I tried to play Smash for at least an hour each day, and it took a while to complete BOTW, but Pokemon Shield occupied most of my time once it was released.
