It’s interesting how style naturally develops. My cartoonish/simplistic style vs my more rendered/semi-realistic style. I can recognize some of my influences and how they have naturally impacted the way I draw.
Excited to see how this evolves in the next few years!
French graphic novel artist Moebius (Jean Giraud) is one of my biggest influences.

@wellbeings_xyz I'm recontextualizing Indian mythology by adding modern influences from all around the world!🕉️
Here's my grail, Chains of FATE where I took inspiration from an ancient 12th century statue

It's probably pretty obvious that some non-fate influences stepped in, just like with Medusa, but I still think the results are fun.

@ComicsandCleave My artistic influences are based upon expressions & imagination. People don’t express enough when it comes to there artwork. Oda is my biggest inspiration and fav manga. I grew up reading/ watching his works and learned everything from studying his work. Tell a story in your art.
Christmas Past! I can’t believe how well she translated to film- huge kudos to the team for making the luminous wax material in concept come to life! In early sketches we explored elements like mirror shards, flickering light projection, and cabaret/Pierrot as influences https://t.co/mtLoCbjnXM
@LaraRouseWrites But regarding influences as a visual artist

I'll pick an example with my OCs to illustrate a bit :
Here's Red and Retsu
Both are red pandas. They do look a little bit like each other but they have different character designs (different shapes used, different influences, different clothes, etc)
My AU version of Infinite. Wanted to push some Persian influences on his design. He survived the events of Forces (if just barely) and now lives out in the desert pretending he doesn’t like my AU Sonic (he does).
𝘛𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘺’𝘴 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯 is now live on @formfunction through Monday 12/5 for @dam_zine’s #DAMSwap event.
A small creative nod to one of my biggest influences in the art world 🎨

Speaking of Nasu's influences watch Revolutionary Girl Utena imo https://t.co/hXgg7Sn2Wd
A sort of “good ending” design for Sally Acorn. I wanted to fall back on some of the desi influences from Castle Acorn in SatAM, and give Sally a royal garb that felt more “her” and not so overly formal while still being formal in its own sense.
Character Designs $65-$90 (varies on complexity)
Colored sketches that are an entirely unique characters designed based on species, color palettes, music, moodboards or any/other influences the commissioner desires.
@MKH13Omasters Zack is legit in my favorite character in gaming and 2000s Square and Nomura are some of my biggest influences as a artist. I stayed up late with my PSP playing CC and BBS and cried into my pillow after finishing the former. Hyped af.
Nature and mountain enthusiast Katty Budryte is a Lithuanian illustrator with a passion for dreamy artwork.
Katty’s conceptual work is characterised by mixing bold graphic shapes with gentle influences of art deco and grainy textures.

It’s a shame the studio only ever used a tiny fraction of Giger’s designs. It goes without saying that these designs, and H.R. Giger’s work as a whole, is one of my biggest artistic influences and inspiration. 2/2
