sometimes I wonder, if AI becoming even more powerful (I've seen a generated works in Kaneko's style, horrifies me), eventually human artist would ditch the "professional" anatomy and return back to the era of sketchy, cartoony exaggerated designs

the designs doesn't look like that instantly too, it needs tons of refining, and sometimes when it comes to depicting deities, I got their clothing era wrong, clunky looking shape
or in amaterasu's case, looking too flat (and potentially flame war bait....)
Finished all the pages for volume 2 of Herem a few weeks ago (yay 🎉) but I'm currently fixing the old 2012 pages and I try to stick to refresh the art, but sometimes I redraw everything 'cause oh well
