I haven’t seen anyone mention it before but I actually love how Pokémon’s newer characters diverge from the “anime dot nose” style and have more pronounced profiles. The older designs are great but it’s so cool to see characters with diverse noses!!!

I just realized that it still reminds me of AlHaitham's shoes. I know it was inspired by oriental shoes, but I also headcanon Haitham as Elf, so it's a cute coincidence I found. The upturned noses!
