Seeing how there's character from multiple planes here, here's what I think will happen:
The sapling Elesh Norn plants becomes a sort of World Tree that connects multiple planes & paves the way for Phyrexia's multiversal invasion- that's why you see it on Theros & Kamigawa #MTG
I think what pushes me away from phyrexians is the horror aspect. It's not my bag. If I was a praetor I think my subjects would look more like this.
