Since Ryunosuke Naruhodo has kept his name in the Great Ace Attorney localization, it supports my dumb headcanon that Ryuichi and Phoenix aren't the same person, but are instead cousins with very similar lives on both sides of the pacific. One with blue eyes, and one with brown.
