A couple of weeks ago I started a project. I wanted to see if I could make an interesting redesign of Sonic the Hedgehog. This has cascaded into a full on concept for a reboot. Here is my original Sonic.

Or in the reboot. While not related anymore, he was more of a manipulator. Who pretended to be one of the good guys while scheming from the Shadows. He didn’t hate Eggman as much as his preboot self, but he still wasn’t a big fan of him.

Blue Exorcist and Fire Force really need finished adaptations cause both series definitely become some heat in the next arc and further in their mangas from where the anime left off. I couldn't help myself. I gave Stinkfly a redesign to try and closer match him to his original design as opposed to how he ended up in the reboot. It's not an exact 1-to-1, but hopefully it's at least an improvement from "Big Chill's weird skinny cousin".

Achieved with a little bit of static sprite overlay on typically unoccupied scanlines.

Some progress on this was once lost in a surprise reboot. Finally decided to get back in the saddle redraw the lost work, and added a nicer sky gradient.
