I like getting the Tonkotsu Kara (spicy) miso ramen! I think Santouka has one of the better Cha-shu, since they use pork belly, so its real fatty and I love it 🤣

Ooooh, this is interesting! I've been doing a butter, garlic, tamari, and honey/sugar addition for my instant ramen to give it a more tonkotsu vibe for a while. I never woulda thought to add kewpie, but I can totally see that working!
