Kind of a rough transition to digital. My traditional art was reliant on shading and detailed eyes. But i wanted to have a toony art style like cuphead and bendy, and threw everything about my old style out the window. It was… not an improvement

Husbando suggested to add a white outline in order to make characters pop more. I was a bit skeptical but I actually like this look. It gives the comic a more cartoony vibe which I really appreciate 😊

Artist confession time: I used to LOATHE drawing hands, they are awkward spindley, fiddley, knobley things. When I started to approach them with as much design principle as I did characters... I discovered they are still awkward so I stick to cartoony ones 😂
