If I were to do a campaign, honestly I'd make the Strain significantly more dangerous to player characters than it was in-game. There would be Con saves against infection, and once a part was infected, amputation would be necessary to save you. (1/3)

Monday fun fact: it is strictly forbidden for a Ghost to use any of stalker's abilities off duty. They don't keep it in secret tho, they just never talk about having nanomachines in their body and never show off their stealthy invisibility skills for fun.
