And that’s it for CONTEST II. The plot is fine, the artwork is good, and there are some fun moments, but none of it together ever rises above serviceable. Claremont gives us so much unnecessary wordage that again I can’t help but wonder if he would rather be writing prose. YMMV.

When Chris Claremont killed off Psylocke in X-Treme X-Men his plan was to bring her back to life soon after as Bogan's shadow telepath. She would be stripped of all of the Crimson Dawn and back in her OG body. Larroca worked up a design for her and everything.
