Guizhong is the one with the bright outgoing personality (much like a sun), while zhongli is usually silent, contemplative, and doesn’t even have his face fully drawn in the new cutscenes.

It's interesting how Guizhong's depicted as a statue during the cutscene of her death. Cloud Retainer's story abt her death vs the Memory of Dust seems to be inconsistent.

"Her lifeless body" vs MoD's "even as her form dissolved into the finest dust."

Winter Pathfinder or something idk I skip the cutscene

+cutscene does not. Also, Lumine and Aether already have a vague backstory, and it doesn't really match with the one Sophia and Logos have in Gnostic texts: their homeworld was destroyed (the left one is the official ENG translation, while on the right you have the Chinese one)

too lazy to shade this but I thought it'd be cool to try something like the colors from the cutscenes https://t.co/G78OPr1La9

Some character work for cutscenes. People often ask about our approach and we tend to work "top down", high detail to lower, to match the style of many games from the 90s. The original is about 500 x 500 px, 64 colours. ⚔️

I'm dedicating this one day to celebrate Blueberry Pie Cookie's birthday, here's a super cool cutscene from the old City of Wizards update featuring her being a badass

Happy birthday Blueberry Pie! 🥧🎊

Anyone ever talk about how STYLISH the Kurohyou games are? Spooky Graphic, the team that did the art/cutscenes, did such a great job on these games. The atmosphere/tone, dynamic use of color, character poses, use of sfx, etc.

Man it's so COOL 👌
