I think the confusion between Princess Serenity and Neo Queen Serenity has always been there even from the manga, and it would have been great if Crystal and Eternal had made the distinction clearer.

@Xytora I think it’s that coupled with how cartoony the models are since they were designed after the game’s 2D artwork. Seeing them mesh together would make that distinction impossible to ignore for anyone.
