When I was first sketching, this character was more of a pirate or at least PRETEND pirate, but I worried that I was being overly opinionated about the future trajectory of the lineages for a seed drawing, so inspired by the simpler styles of 60s illustration, I toned it down.
I have sent sketches of the second and third lucky winners to the illustrator.

@SharkieKate For slimness, cardio is your best bet!
To slim down and tone it’s better to do cardio at a lower intensity for a longer period of time. If I go to the gym for 1 hour, I do stretching, 45 mins of cardio, then toning exercises like squats & crunches the rest of the time!

@ding_dong_belle Usually, unless I’m doing comic pages, my sketches are super messy, and I’ll refine them to the point where they can pass as lineart!
Besides, there’s no really “wrong” way to do sketching, it’s really what you find more enjoyable of a process:D
