Man, he is Ashita no Joe character designer, how this is possible ?
Episodes outsourced are always bad on Gintama, but this is ridiculous.

One of more important Gintama episodes, 45 has a great staff.

First, the Animation Director is Shinji Takeuchi! He is the character designer of Gintama! Also two good ADs are with he, so the art was great!
