9. My fursona's definitely gone through changes. Started as a rabbit in 2009, became Dray's twin in 2011. Been an adult, kid, and teenager. Spent a couple years as a skunk. Briefly a pig; can still turn into one, actually. Sometimes a nidoran.

Nidoran♂ line continues the parallelism with its female counterpart: their body colors is similar to the non-shiny female variants. As such, the matter with the spots on Nidoran and Nidorino is along the lines of their opposites.

October 1st is Nidoran ♀. I remember it's blue, round and often has it's nose lifted up in official art (or maybe the original trading card?).
That's pretty much it. I added some texture to hint at the armor plates of later evolutions but mostly to mask my low confidence 💪
