Hello #PortfolioDay, I'm an illustrator from Northern Ireland, now in Yorkshire. I seem to specialise in daft animals. I'm really enjoying all the amazing portfolios here today :-)
Another awning view from our caravan adventure in North Yorkshire... Mixed media, July 2021. #caravanholiday #pleinairpainting #mixedmedia #britishsummertime #sketchbookart
Late as I've been pottering in the garden b/c it's such a gloriously sunny day here in Derbyshire...
HEAR YE! 'Tis time for #StuartsSaturday! This week's topic is:

Jacob Adriaensz. Bellevois, (1621 – 1676), 'Ships on a Stormy Sea'.

@BenGrandblade Karriena Wright. She lives in the shadow of the rest, though she is wonderful. Originally a student of Dalaran who had a change of heart and turned towards faith. She tried the adventuring life, though it scarred her deeply; now she heals in Northshire.
Little Boar 🥰
Small Richard and the white Boar. Chose Foxglove because it is the flower of Leicestershire. 🙌🏻#RichardArmitage
I hope you're having a super fabulous Saturday, lovely people.
I felt like painting a coastal scene. This is Cym Yr Eglwys beach, Pembrokeshire.
I popped one or two dogs into the picture, too (you may need to zoom in a bit).

This lone tree, surrounded by a carpet of heather is a well known icon on Egton High Moor in North Yorkshire. I gave the view a glowing sunset light and used a variety of textures and colours to depict the heather. What do you think?

I grew up in a land of Viking settlers, under Odin’s Crag, North Yorkshire. When the crag “wears a cap” (of cloud) folk warn of “a clap” which will herald a wild, raging storm.

As always, with love from New Hampshire.
#OnThisDay in 1869 Samuel John Birch was born in Egremont, Cheshire. Apart from a brief period of study at the Atelier Colarossi, Paris in 1895, he was largely self-taught as an artist.
Birch first visited West Cornwall in the late 1880s and settled in the Lamorna Valley in 1892
After a nearby bomb blast damaged his London studio in 1941 Henry Moore moved to Hertfordshire. He used his petrol allowance as an official war artist, driving weekly to London; a special permit enabled him to stay in any tube station, later drawing the sleepers from memory.

11” x 8” watercolour of Fishguard Bay in Pembrokeshire. Not sure about this as I think there’s too much rock and not enough sea but it’s good to post your failures too I think.
Another walk in nature which reflects the current unpredictable weather. This is me and our two dogs walking in Gloucestershire. #illustrator #naturewalk #procreate #dogwalk #sketchbookdiary

Meet Edith III, the current matriarch of the House of Luvsol's main family in Yorkshire & the queen of Yorkshire. Hazel's Mother and the main reason he fled Britain. She is loved by the people though.
