FB just reminded me I rekindled my fire for about 10 years ago. I'd been noodling the idea for Velocidad in sketchbooks, but made an ashcan preview in time for a small local show. It made me stick to drawing every week, and I haven't stopped drawing comics since.

Art Tip: Toned tan sketchbooks are one of my favorite paper types. The light brown paper gives you a mid-tone that allows white ink to highlight. I usually have a brush and jar in my sketching supplies, along with standard pencils and markers.
