He's a Changeling Archfey Warlock, and likes to shift between a series of aliases for the purposes of pranking people.
If he's not mindful, his skin color splotches when he shifts between intense emotions.

@gravislizard I really like the monochrome look! I do think that you could do some colorful stuff with maybe the leg patterns as well if you take this character further. I did a similar thing with Wiz, only kinda throwing in splotches of color where I felt it fit him

I was to give credit when credit is due. Stephen Silver is an amazing artist. He's good at character design and knows how to make it appealing. Unlike Hartman where he think that adding random color splotches and/or Gaussian blur would make a good background?

@VortexVoxels Splotch isn’t a HHOC but he does however fit the part.
Splotch is a quiet calm ink-beast but he looks threatening once you see the height difference.
