smash’s spirit PNGs are compressed a lot so I put her into a few aI upscalers

(First was upscaled with Topaz Gigapixel AI, the second was done via an upscaling website I forgot the name of.)

I assume AI Upscaling could have worked nicely considering the high level of detail already present in the OG background but they decided to do manual work on Legend of Mana.

ended up replacing the Danny render, it's the only one that seemed like a clear fanmade tracing.

Still couldn't find anything good to save my life though so I ended up screenshotting the show, upscaling it, and cropping it myself.

Messing around with AI upscaling to bring Getter Daikessen's cutscenes that I ripped directly from the ps1 iso up to 720p, obviously not perfect as its no replacement for a real restoration, but it aint half bad, wanted this stuff in HD for the Daikessen segment of the video ofc

One subtle recent QoL change to were some clean pixels for the larger rat sprites. Previously we were upscaling the smallest rat, which resulted in some upsettingly stretched pixels.

Here is a cool Rat Rider with the new Rat Matron.
