@SuperUnlikely I usually use Procreate.
Add shading at the line drawing stage(Set the line drawing layer to Multiply).
Create another multiply layer and add a shadow.
Add a color layer below it. That's it.

Usually don’t like this unofficial figures but this one doesn’t look that bad (except for how pale they made him 😪)
