Mixed scales here. Might give each evolution line/tree a humanoid, t-rex and tech form, unlocked via some artifact. Blitzgreymon, Metalmanemon and Gargomon have neat looking arm-cannons that could be reused as artifacts. I had some idea that the 'mons got a bit jumbled up.

In Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Kaiser take control of Taichi's Agumon and forced him to evolved to MetalGreymon with the power of the Evil Ring, the result was SkullGreymon again.

After he created the Evil Spiral he can make Agumon evolve to MetalGreymon (Virus)!!
