I've always felt when a pantheon describes a god as the God of Lies it really means the God of Stories. Because what is fiction, fantasy, stories if not lies given narrative?
@EmmettComix I actually just pitched this read to another person so I have pages on hand. Phoenix, an unparalleled masterpiece, produced over a span of decades, narratively spanning eternity and tragically unfinished due to Tezuka's passing. Experimental, epic, an incredible feat of artistry.
