While Apocrypha was written by Higashide, Sieg was created by Nasu & Takeuchi.

Originally, his chest was supposed to light up three times, but Higashide scrapped it because it was stupid. (His words.)

One of my old scrapped ideas is W40k comics. The biggest problem is I'm far behind from the lore and couldn't write serious English lines.

But then, it turns out my hands are too slow for something like this. 🙄

For Mahito, I would assume his ideal form to be more elusive, maybe with many long limbs that can easily touch others..
Yuji being considered it's self proclaimed arch nemesis also influenced this final form that allows it to scrap & tank hits also..
