Nevermind! i have decided that the original Red will have brown hair while my new SwitchAu will have the red hair.
Its dyed of course because he wanted to seem more intimidating than he is already and in short:
This au, the roles of "hero" and "villain" are switched so Red tries-

I gotta give it to my boy, Aku, the shape-shifting master of darkness.
His design has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. His intimidating and unsettling looks paired with his goofy over-the-top arrogance (and occasional quip) make him a solid and fun villain. https://t.co/EtYPLGjPab

Zant from twilight Princess. Honestly way creepier and intimidating than Ganon IMO. A villain from another world with ancient power.

Lobo from DC comics.
Big, Burley, looks like the album cover of a Metallica and iron maiden crossover, and overall just has that intimidating aura about him

//I might sound insane, but..imagine DB Heroes (and I'm not giving them ideas-im giving them ideas aren't i? QwQ) having Goku Black be the main antagonist, and have a team of Blacks! Like a whole bunch of them! Vegeta Black, Kale Black, Frieza Black ect! Pretty intimidating! ;w;

Jason or Phoenix?

I like Jason’s look more cause it’s a really cool contrast and he just looks super badass

But Phoenix isn’t actually too bad either. She looks adorable, but not exactly intimidating

This is Jun!

He's a street gang leader, but his gang isnt even remotely bad. They all come from poor families and help people out in town for a little extra money. Jun is like a big brother to them all, he looks intimidating but he's extremely kind and friendly!

Despite how intimidating Cam looks he's very polite
but everyone tends to avoid him since he's constantly on fire

FACTS:
-he's the most reliable person ever, despite looking intimidating or rude he's actually very soft and nice and is always ready to protect others
-his shirt says "Children's rights", Jisung made it (found it?) for him
-his eyes turn red when he's activating Hellevator
