The combat system of Ys I & II was a bit different back then, but it still felt fast-paced and smooth as in the other installments. I enjoy short and crisp titles like these. Maybe I should play them again some time. Who else played the games? :3

Randomly was thinking of that old Sega and Falcom combined effort they didn't do anything with in the 90s, because of some backlash.

But like, imagine a Falcom made Sonic game in the style of Ys, using King Sonic from the comics, 2 fast paced series and Falcom's Ys polish.

But really, I can't sing enough praises for Ys IX's designs especially the girls.

Neither of them have overtly skimpy outfits or are comically busty, the things that I find have plagued its sister series, but you KNOW that they look gorgeous.
