I think this is how Amidra's shroud transform will look. Scales turn black with red tips, hair flies up and appears to glow, right arm becomes voidsent-like, clothes appear torn around transformed areas.

Worked some more on the shoulders and have gotten to a point where they are mostly usable. There is still some pinching in areas when rotated in certain directions as evident in the 3rd picture. Will still be tweaking it more down the line.

1 year ago, a monster December snowstorm dumped 1-2 feet of snow across Massachusetts and nearby areas. I recorded 11.5”, with drifts up to 17”. After the storm, temps plummeted to 15°, turning the snow to practically concrete.

I started off with a more hex-ish and less square-ish approach. But it got a bit messy. Squares actually create nice flowing lines that make the grid more readable and distances more countable. So now I'm trying to keep the open areas quite square
