Most likely Navy Blue. It gets confused with Black depending on the lighting. Cause if Ryuko is in a brighter setting, then it's Navy Blue, but in a darker setting it's Black. Like i said it's depending on the lighting.

ICYMI, Act-Age Volume Cover are always designed to take POV from a camera with flash/lighting. That is why you always find bright shading on the cover.
