His arms are sometimes drawn lower on the body, and sometimes his arms are very similar to classic Yoshi's arms.

This makes his neck longer.

For whatever reason, 3D Yoshi doesn't have much of a neck at all. Strangely, even the older 2D art depicted him with a neck.

From last year you can tell I flipped the piece in half, and just had two unique arms. The hand positions were awkward, though that's partially because hands on hips are awkward. But, the details have improved. It's a bit wild to see these changes, but I love them.

Good idea! I personally just like using humany limbs and muscles to make things uncanny. I have some other similar art like chansey with muscles and realistic eyes and zubat with arms. The unsettling imagery is part of the fun 👁👄👁👌
