I feel like the detailing when i color doesnt match my cartoony art style but at the same time it feels so basic, flat, and bland if I DON'T do all the little details.

These are just flats. No shading only the detailing. It's a lot more obvious with my humans.

WIP o3o. This is also the first time I tried to use a fitting background(not mine obv)
The flats are more or less done and I'm trying to add some effects. I think I got a bit better with folds, but the lighting is kinda off here, I think. Any suggestion what to add?
