Honestly, I wish we'd see more prehistoric gryphons in general. Obviously, I'm biased towards saber-toothed tiger + Haast's eagle gryphons, but even other smilodons or terror birds or anything not Greek lion+eagle gryphons.

It's a little thing, but since I've had time to play, I've been curious — the loading screen has cat-eared birds but the in-game sprites are clearly gryphons. What's the story there? I love both designs, but I am partial to the gryphon sprites.
