From what I can gather she was meant to be the reliable "older big sister" character of the bunch I had her included in. Her color scheme and overall appearance was heavily inspired by WindWaker.

I said his Magic words (that he created himself) and Tingle showed up with his good friend Beedle. It's hard to improve on either of their designs, but I liked the Beedle in Wind Waker where he is a bit more destitute and it seems to fit this world.
