I struggle with coloring, so I practiced by making fake screencaps of my characters Paimon and Oscar (also the bonus bg, but I cheated and did it in b&w)

My sister let me borrow her tablet again :D this is a drawing of one of my oc’s! His names james! I tried something new with the clothes and at one point I got lazy with the coloring, so I didn’t try to color inside the sketch and shade.

I've been experimenting with coloring a bit lately and I finally found what I was missing in my digital coloring, oof.

Let's do the #faceslookback thing. In my case, my work branched to vector and traditional coloring, so I will have one old and two recent pieces for both styles.

1st - 2005 Dig. color over Ink.
2nd - 2020 - Vector Art.
3rd - 2020 - Dig. color over Pencil.

As I'm a practitioner of both vectorial art and traditional digital coloring, sometimes I find myself very conflicted in what method I should prioritize. Nowadays I kinda found a midground as I try to use both at the same time. Here is one example of my past indecision crisis.

@AuroraLuvsInfie It's always good to experiment slowly with lines and coloring, I'm not the best but I try to somewhat mimic the thickness of the lines from one of my inspos, granted my coloring style is still a work in progress

Well, since its trending and I am all but consistent with styles, materials and coloring, I made more than one thing. One digital, one traditional and one from the verious inktobers cuz why not.
