Trying to make sense of Genesect's somewhat inconsistent Pokedex entries led me to the idea that Fatal Sting had some sort of primitive stinger cannon that was replaced by a new one entirely? (so the use of "attached" and "upgraded" in the Pokedex would both fit?)

I feel like as an artist, I definitely improved a lot since the beginning of college. I know my rendering stuff is really inconsistent but I hope to start next year by drawing more and doing more storyboards

2010 vs 2022

Over the years I’ve gotten much cleaner with my lineart and digital art and I’m still improving. I don’t draw consistently but it’s so interesting to see the difference of when I started and where I am now.

Beyond the iconic gutter cat shoulders, I think the consistent mouth appearance is my favorite organizing feature of @GutterCatGang NFTs.

No mawkish oohs, ahs, or tongues sticking out or teeth flashing: just a blasé stoicism, like "ok, take the picture, keep it moving."
