I actually didn't think I'd end up liking the gameplay as much as I did, let alone the story, but here we are tbh.

Also, complaining about Metaphors being on the nose in a game called metaphor is absolutely wild I'm just gonna add 😭

I also did most of the first optional challenge dungeon while on Hard, and ima be honest, this game definitely has a LOT of challenge for those that want it. Optional gear and awesome rewards for beating completely avoidable dragon minibosses shoved right in your face for example

It's really dated but at least, I played the best version, the PC engine one called "fighting street".
The ost was arranged really nicely in this one, very nice.
I couldn't input a combo for the life of me and I'm not very good at fighting game but it was a nice experience.
