Won't be able to do chest/arm exercises until the 4-6 week period of recovery. They cut a lot out of me, so I'll have to take it easy when I do my body weight exercises or when I go to the doctor since I lost some strength, but I should be able to do my runs soon enough

If my incisions/wounds have healed up enough when my surgeon looks at my chest recovery today, I should be able to remove the last bit of padding from my chest. If so, I may try running today or tomorrow as I'm eager for today's results as I can't take not doing some exercise
