The progress of starting out this fanart. I think I had over 40 something layers lol but you can only have certain amount on procreate. You’ll end up having to merge layers to create more room for more editing.

Clean up, final line, and flats. This section is also done in Procreate. This is where I get the actual look I want from the character while making sure my lines are neat. I then do my flats as odd contrasting colors. Helps me see the shapes and catch any odd messy parts.

Commission for megumi of her character this was fun and challenging gong since I don’t draw people often. Profiles are tricky but I tried . The important thing is the client loved it and I had fun creating it. This was done in procreate.
