he had the most drastic change compared to the other 2. when I first made him he was a goody-two-shoe, a soft, shy cat that's just unfortunate. until I "break" his character in 2016 and he evolved into two-faced, mean and evil pile of shadow with complex issues.

And 588, the final issue of this run, is such a great epilogue. I absolutely love well-executed "silent" issues.
The "month of mourning" concept helps to make it feel like the death lasted, too. Sometimes characters come back so fast that the mourning feels disingenuous.
