I haven't had much success referencing 3D models for poses, but they might be extremely useful for thumbnails and mockups... I always struggle to capture the nuances of a human-focused composition at such a small size.

I'm making thumbnails for my Webtoon and there are set requirements. And this is the image I'm working with. It's currently 1.37 mb, which makes it way larger than the allowed size.

I can't reduce the dimensions, and I have zero knowledge on how to efficiently compress images.
