Weekly drawing time! Another (multi-panel) clip from the big project. I accidentally completed a whole page with the calligraphy pen instead of the turnip pen, but I really liked it. Maybe I should play with it (on purpose) more?

Yo if any of y’all use Ibis Paint, I found a REALLY good brush for rain

Use the Japanese Calligraphy Brush and draw the strokes in the opposite way you want the rain to fall.

I dunno, I think it looks pretty cool✨

experimental stuff? the one on the left is digital calligraphy (and i had to ramp correction up to like 35 in order to do it because mouse drawings are wOBBly). the one on the right is a redesign of an existing character. i kinda experimented with shading, textures, and art style
