A lot of the time artists overwork themselves and end up making pieces they look back on and don't think they put in 100%. It's hard to put in a 100% on every single piece when you overwork yourself.

I have a really bad habit of over complicating my art. The simpler pieces I feel end up being a lot more appealing and easier to read.

Also, since I’m very much still learning, it’s probably better that I focus on simpler basics rather than muddying things up w overwork.
