This early Tony Crowther game is a zippy zapper with nice animation, smooth scrolling & great gameplay. It was the favourite game of my old mucker and C64 buddy Mick, who tragically passed away earlier this year.

But, that said, there are *so* many vertical scrolling shooters in the world that this could be mere coincidence. It also feels a little Xevious to me. 😄 And, at least Hybris does go to much more fanciful landscapes in the later levels. It's really a stunning game. 👍
