Battletoads

Can't deny their TMNT influence, perhaps as a parody, yet they definitely have a charm of their own. For many of us they define the era of 'nes hard' and combine everything that made late 80s and early 90s characters (and games) so great.

I've uploaded one of these before but I thought I'd add some of the others - my character concept work I did for the Dicey Dungeons application a while back. I like this sort of flat work!

Day 7 💤 Witches set these spirits floating above their beds as a sleep aid because of their warm, calming aura. They’re the remnants of toads who have died during hibernation deep below the frost line and can only be found by digging.

So this is my first ever drawing!
Participating in following the official prompt list with a momo-ish twist! Today it's "poisonous" so I looked up poisonous animals and a lot of them were frogs/toads.
Here's a frogmo!

PLEASE RT TO HELP ME GROW! ✌️

While Peach and Bowser are a hot subject right now I just got these 2 cels of Princess Toadstool and King Koopa. You can tell the Toadstool cel is really early concept art and looks nothing like she does. She looks like a Disney Princess. The King Koopa cel is just the basic art.
