My most recent experimental cat portrait, a gift for a kind and generous client. I've fallen in love with their cats. This one is Penny.
When Alice meets the Cheshire Cat she learns that madness reigns Wonderland, as he says, “I’m not all there myself.” The phrase “Cheshire cat grin” dates to 18th-cen Cheshire’s dairy farms which made for happy cats. But Lewis Carroll made them famous forever. 🐱#MythologyMonday
According to Egyptian #myth, Bastet is the feline goddess of protection. Her powers are said to be cast upon all #cats. For every day she turns into a cat to protect her father, Ra(who pulls the sun with his boat) from the enemy serpent Apep.

Cats are associated to witches through their association with Freyja, goddess of magic in Norse lore, whose chariot is driven by two massive cats. These cats appear in numerous ancient images including Schleswig Cathedral, ironically. #MythologyMonday
Today marks the 4 year anniversary of MoonCats.
On August 9th, 2017 @ponderware deployed the MoonCats smart contract thus creating one of the first NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain.
Happy Birthday MoonCats! 🎂🥳
Thank you very much for the tag.Sadly I haven‘t drawn any cats. To cheat me in,I tweet some of my evoly drawings,a „catlike“ #pokemon with many different evolutions. #InternationalCatDay #artshare Some artists I really like and look up to @Graf_Icker @Davidjsalter @withouteraser https://t.co/VWslxvfrEu
You know, I really haven’t painted anywhere near enough cats. I need to do something about that. Happy #InternationalCatDay!
I don't often post sketches but this Tim Burton fever fest of Dexter made me laugh. I was actually testing how to colour tabby cats. It's hard!
It's really cool seeing how far I have come, haha. Of course, this gradually led me to today. My favourite characters to draw are always felines, and it always just feels so satisfying to draw cats. And of course, I still draw warriors related content! With more on the way.
Today is #InternationalCatDay2021 ! We love cats, they're one of the coolest beings on the planet. Most cats we know think they are royalty & we are their humble servants! This picture is from our story in Issue 38, King of the Cats. Enjoy pampering your cat today!

It's national cat day today! We have so many favourite fictional cats. There's Crookshanks, The Cat in a Hat, Mr. Pusskins, the Cheshire Cat, and Mog of course! Can you think of any more famous cat characters in books? #InternationalCatDay
BONUS: Here is a reference to the original character line-up I used to recreate the Purocats. I hope someday to reboot Top Cat as it was on a wish list of mine as a kid.

Leopard
Home to a wide range of habitats across Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, the Leopard is one of the larger "big five" cats. The Leopard has a similar build to the Jaguar, but smaller and lighter. It's fur is characterized by rosettes, which act as camouflage while it hunts.
#NewProfilePic For Caturday. @KristyGlas
People wonder why I change my profile when I dislike cats.
Well it’s the only time random people like my posts.
So have a cat in a sock, like away and f*** off. 😐🐱🐌
