Looking back at C. Viper is depressing. For a character with an interesting backstory, fancy moveset and integration in Street Fighter IV, 13 years later, it really seems like she was just made as a gimmick to sell Marvel vs Capcom 3.

Like she was made FOR that game & that's it.
