and they had special event outfits, basically kazumi's was a very traditional yukata outfit with a cute hairstyle and satoru's was like? more modern fashion with a flashy kimono used as a robe over a shirt and pants. i have quickly and shittily recreated this for visual aid

Some character design tips: never start with what first comes up in your mind. explore different hair styles, outfits, colours, etc before you choose "the best one". Also do some research/think on what you are creating before you launch into it.
