Kinu Nishimura is one of my favourite artists ever, and she did a lot of stuff for Capcom in the late 90s - early 2000s. There's this unfinished CvS art that always caught my eye, and I decided to take a shot at colouring it.

I Live in Fear feels like a companion film to Ikiru in a lot of ways. Mifune is astonishingly convincing as an old man, but I kind of wish he and Shimura had swapped roles. I get why it's not considered top-shelf Kurosawa, but some brilliant moments and that haunting ending.
