When I heard about generative art, I wanted to know how it works and created a collection to explore gradients and flow fields using p5js.

Recently I started sending items from my first gen art attempt to friends and people supporting my recent creations.

I made some blobs that spawn particles/leaves in Blender. Then I merge all the foliage and transfer the normals from the blobs onto the leaves.

Then I uv mapped a gradient from bottom to top of the leaves to make a color shift from the bottom to top.
