Burnout's a bitch, but honestly I'm an advocate for stopping and stepping away. Never try to push through it, you'll unintentionally cut corners, your standards will drop, and you won't be happy with it when you look at it again.

16. I’m not handling burnout well. At all.

I get really debilitating autistic burnout just trying to keep up with a neurotypical world.

And I suffer artistic burnout when trauma, deadlines, or financial desperation trigger manic episodes, where I create nonstop for days.
