Some close ups. I had an amazing grad show last night! The theme of my final project, The Origins of Flowers, was Greek mythology surrounding the creation of flowers reinterpreted as tarot cards. I made a video too but it's kinda cringe lol

another good way to texture clash is to have textures/patterns as a repeated motif!

in these costumes, the textures are reintroduced in different parts of the fit. yayoi's denim, emily's floral patterns, and makoto's chiffon/leather are spread out, giving it a unique oneness.
